Once the client is added, you can click on the “Add Items” menu and then “Packages” menu to add new package in the sale transaction.


Add Package to Sale

Enter the following details;

“Sold By” : – Select the stylist who sold the package.

“Product” : – Select a package from the drop down list.

“Retail Price” : – Retail price will be displayed automatically from database.

“Quantity” : – Enter no. of packages sold.

“Discount Type” : – If you wish to offer the package at a discounted rate, select a discount type.

“Discount” : – The amount will be calculated automatically.

“Final Cost” : – Total Retail Price  – Discount if any.

Note: When you sale a package, please make sure you have enough package vouchers printed. After you finish the sale transaction by receiving the payment, following pop up will show Package Voucher ID # with package details.


Please note down the same Package Voucher ID # on the printed voucher and give it to the client who can carry it along with them and present it later when they want to redeem it.
